Copy a caption

Get the written caption from a public Instagram post or reel, right from the homepage — no need to pick a tool first.

    Open Caption Extractor

    Go to the main caption input box on the homepage.

    Paste the Instagram URL

    Use the public post or reel link you copied from Instagram.

  3. 3

    Extract the caption

    Select “Get caption,” then copy or save the text shown.

Use a dedicated page for public photo and carousel captions.

    Open Post Caption

    Select the Post Caption tool from the menu.

    Paste the post link

    Enter the URL of a public Instagram photo or carousel.

    View the text

    Select “Show me the caption,” then copy or save it.

Read the written description attached to a public Instagram reel.

    Select the Reel Caption tool from the menu.

    Copy the public reel link from Instagram and enter it in the box.

    Select “Get caption,” then copy or save the text.

    Select DP Viewer from the main menu.

    Enter the profile

    Type the username, @handle, or full Instagram profile URL.

    View the profile

    Select “View profile” to see the public picture, full size.

Save a profile picture

Save a copy of a publicly visible picture, where doing so is permitted.

    Open Profile Picture Viewer

    Choose the profile picture tool from the menu.

  2. 2

    Enter a username or URL

    Provide the public Instagram account you want to view.

  3. 3

    Save with permission

    Select “View profile,” then use “Save” where it’s available.

Copy a public bio

Review and copy bio text that’s visible on a public profile.

    Select the Bio tool from the main menu.

    Enter the profile

    Type the username, @handle, or complete Instagram profile URL.

  3. 3

    Copy the bio

    Select “View profile,” then choose “Copy bio” below the result.
