A carefully organized directory of direct links for security, privacy, storage, activity, subscriptions, recovery, and data export. Choose a destination and manage settings on the service’s own website.
Showing 21 shortcuts across 5 categories
Security & sign-in
Review sign-in alerts, strengthen account access, and keep recovery methods current. These are account-level settings; Google may request identity verification before showing them.
Google Recent Security Activity
Review security alerts and recent account activity from Google. If an alert is unfamiliar, open the details on Google and follow its account-protection steps.
Open destinationGoogle Passkeys Settings
Manage passkeys used to sign in without relying only on a password. Check which devices or credentials are listed before removing one.
Open destinationGoogle Two-Step Verification
Review additional sign-in verification methods. Keep a backup method available so a lost phone does not lock you out.
Open destinationGoogle Recovery Options
Check the recovery email address and phone number Google can use if you cannot sign in. Use details you still control.
Open destinationGoogle Security Checkup
Walk through Google’s account-security review, including devices, recent events, and connected access. Read each recommendation before applying it.
Open destinationPrivacy & data controls
Find activity controls, location settings, and advertising choices. The available controls and their effect can depend on your account, region, and Google product settings.
Google Web & App Activity
Review Search-related activity and the controls available for Web & App Activity. Check the selected account before reviewing or changing history.
Open destinationGoogle Location History (Timeline)
Open Maps Timeline to review location history if the feature is available and enabled for your account. Location settings can be managed separately.
Open destinationGoogle Location Sharing
Review location-sharing settings and people or devices with whom your location may be shared. Confirm recipients and duration carefully.
Open destinationGoogle Ad Personalization
Review advertising personalization controls associated with your Google account. These settings do not remove all advertising from Google services.
Open destinationPartner Ad Opt-Out Portal
Visit the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page to manage participating companies’ interest-based advertising. This is an independent industry portal, not a Google account setting.
Open destinationStorage & cleanup
Check storage usage and locate items that may be taking space. Review files and trash carefully before deleting anything permanently.
Google One Storage Management
See storage-management suggestions across eligible Google services and review large or unnecessary items before cleanup.
Open destinationGoogle Photos Trash
Review deleted Photos items that may still be in Trash. Restore items you need; permanent deletion can remove them for good.
Open destinationGoogle Drive Storage (Largest Files)
Open Drive’s storage view to sort or inspect files using space. Confirm ownership and backups before removing large files.
Open destinationGmail Large Attachments Search
Open a Gmail search for messages larger than 10 MB. The search only finds messages; review results and attachments before deleting.
Open destinationMedia & app management
Jump to viewing activity, voice activity, recurring Play charges, and Chrome sync information. A shortcut opens a destination; it does not make changes by itself.
YouTube Watch & Search History
Review YouTube watch and search activity and the controls available for managing it. Make sure the page is using the Google account you intend.
Open destinationGoogle Assistant Voice Activity
Review Assistant-related activity available in your Google account. What appears may depend on your devices and activity settings.
Open destinationGoogle Play Subscriptions
Check active and past subscriptions managed through Google Play. Review renewal dates and cancellation terms on the destination page.
Open destinationGoogle Chrome Sync Dashboard
Open Chrome sync information associated with your account. Google may redirect this older dashboard URL to its current settings experience.
Open destinationAccount recovery & data export
Plan for account inactivity, export a copy of data, or review account deletion. These actions can affect access to services and stored data, so read Google’s current instructions before proceeding.
Google Inactive Account Manager
Choose what Google should do if your account is inactive for a period you set. Review the contacts and data-sharing choices before saving a plan.
Open destinationGoogle Account Deletion Portal
Review Google’s account-deletion information and consequences. Deletion may remove account data and access to connected services; do not proceed unless that is your intent.
Open destinationGoogle Takeout (Data Export)
Select Google data to create an export for download or transfer. Review the included products, archive format, and destination before starting.
Open destinationNo shortcuts match that search. Try another service name, setting, or part of the link.
Use account shortcuts safely
- Check which account is signed in. Google services can have multiple accounts open; confirm the profile before reviewing private settings.
- Read the destination before confirming. Activity deletion, subscription changes, storage cleanup, and account deletion can have lasting effects.
- Keep sign-in details private. This directory never asks for your Google password or verification code. Enter them only on a Google sign-in page you intentionally opened.
Google controls each destination and may change its interface, eligibility, or available options. A shortcut simply saves you a navigation step; it cannot bypass sign-in or account protections.
Google shortcut questions
Are these official Google tools?
The links lead to Google services or, where clearly labeled, an independent advertising opt-out provider. This directory is independently published by Instaustad and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Will this page access my Google account?
No. The directory does not sign in, read account data, or change settings. When you follow a shortcut, the destination service may ask you to sign in and handles any actions you choose there.
Why does a shortcut ask me to sign in?
Security, privacy, activity, and storage controls are account-specific. Google may ask you to sign in or verify your identity before showing or changing those settings.
Can I undo a change made through one of these shortcuts?
It depends on the setting. Review the destination page carefully before changing or deleting anything; some actions, such as account deletion or permanently removing files, can have lasting effects.
